  • Sales Executive

    Ishraqah for Development LLC (Developer of The Onyx  Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai)  has a new opening for a Sales Executive who has experience with a developer for not less than 4 yrs in UAE.  Please do send your CV to ranju.anandan@ishraqah.com if your profile meets our requirement.

     

    Timing: 9 am to 6 pm

    Days: Sunday to Thursday

    Salary: 8 K + Very very attractive Commission (will discuss during F2F interview)

     

    Daily Activities:

    The responsibilities will include :-

    ·         Reports to Customer Service Manager in day-to-day operations and tasks.

    ·         Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.

    ·         implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the direct sale and to facilitate integration with other departments

    ·         Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers. Give advice to the Management based on these findings.

    ·         Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.

    ·         Develop and coordinate sales release cycle and methodology, optimizing product take-up rates and pricing, based on customer requirements and project revenue needs.
